Chicken Patties

1 lb. ground turkey
1 lg egg separated
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 TBSP. dried bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk

Mix turkey, egg yolk, worcestershire sauce
salt and dried bread crumbs together and
form into patties. Mix milk and egg white.
Dip patties in milk mixture then dip in dried
bread crumbs. Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in skillet
and cook thoroughly, turning once.
